ANISH HZ 300 :

•   "ANISH" HZ-300 Horizontal Hose crimping machines can extend their working range of Re-forced Hose Pipes from 6 mmto 50 mm diameter (Nominal bore).
•   The machine is also provided with replaceble Pre-crimping tools.
•   All the operational features are identical to that of previous model Hz-260.

•   Φ17, Φ20, Φ24, Φ28, Φ32, Φ39, Φ45, Φ50, Φ55, Φ63, Φ69, Φ75, Φ88.

Salient Features :

•   Maximum crimping Size 3" 1-1/2" I.D. Hose with 6 spirals
•   Maximum crimping Size 2" I.D. with 4 spirals.
•   Hose feeding either from front or rear end of the machine.
•   Electrical setting device / mechanical setting devices for Crimp depth.
•   Operation with Push Button Control.
•   Standard 3 phase motor. (single phase motor on request)

ANISH HZ 280 :

•   The machine functions with 8 Die segments moving radially in the Die magazine with the help of hydraulic cylinder.
•   The through opening of the machine is 0125 mm. which facilitates crimping of flanged and elbow fittings.
•   The quick movement of the Die magazine as high as 45 mm on diameter facilitates easy removal of hose assemblies with bends, elbows and flanged ends.

•   "ANISH" has another range of hydraulically powered crimping machines in the Horizontal type. They are simple in design and very rugged in construction.
•   These machines are suitable for service duty and small batch production as well. The machines can handle crimping operations on pipe types upto SAE 10 0 R9 hosesfrom 6 mmto 25 mm inside diameter.
•   "ANISH HZ 180 machines find this application most suitable invarious repair and spares shops.
